33B North Row, London W1K 6DE

We’re excited to be leading the refurbishment and repositioning of 33B North Row, a characterful late-19th-century building located within the Mayfair Conservation Area, on behalf of Freesia International Group.

Originally constructed in 1891, the property is being sensitively upgraded to deliver high-quality, contemporary office accommodation while respecting its historic fabric and unique architectural features.

The scheme comprises a comprehensive refurbishment across basement, ground and first floors, including high-end office fit-outs, enhanced reception and entertaining spaces, upgraded WCs and breakout facilities, and significant improvements to the building envelope and services. We are acting as acting as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager, guiding the project from early design through procurement and delivery, balancing heritage considerations, commercial certainty and programme efficiency.
